Job Description
Job Overview Join our team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in helping transform our clients' landscapes into something they enjoy. This position involves assisting with a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks, ensuring that residential and commercial properties look their best year-round. Whether you're trimming trees, maintaining lawns, or helping with hardscape projects, your contribution will help create landscapes that clients love. This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in landscape maintenance and construction while working outdoors in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, and weed wacking to keep turf healthy and vibrant Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrub care Operate hand tools and power tools safely to install and maintain landscape features Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers, or assisting with stonework Use equipment like skid steers and mini excavators for site preparation or minor construction tasks under supervision Drive company vehicles including trailers Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, leaves, and mess Assist with gardening activities including soil preparation, planting flowers or shrubs, and mulching Experience Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices is a plus Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment enhances your effectiveness on the job Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and troubleshooting is beneficial Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions with stamina and attention to safety Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Join us and have ample opportunities to advance quickly to crew lead or foreman.
