Lawn care crew foreman

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate lawn care and landscaping operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of lawn care professionals, providing guidance and support while fostering a positive work environment. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and leadership will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients. A 2 week training period will determine employment, this way we can both see if it's a good fit! Duties Supervise daily lawn care operations, including mowing, trimming, and edging. Coordinate landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any repairs needed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on services. Qualifications Supervising experience is preferred; strong leadership skills are essential. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Driving trailers of all sizes Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills for effective team management and client interaction. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
