Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking personalized insurance solutions, ensuring they receive exceptional service and tailored coverage options. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your customer-centric approach, will drive client satisfaction and retention. As a key player in our team, you will leverage your negotiation skills and industry knowledge to grow our client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine sales expertise with comprehensive insurance knowledge in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance advice and solutions tailored to their needs. Conduct outside sales efforts to identify new business opportunities through networking, community engagement, and telemarketing campaigns. Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal coverage. Manage sales administration tasks, including policy processing, documentation, and updating client records accurately. Analyze client data and market trends to recommend appropriate insurance products and marketing strategies. Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively in multiple languages as needed to serve diverse client populations. Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processing, and policy renewals while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations where applicable. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products through targeted campaigns and outreach efforts. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments within the insurance industry or related fields. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Familiarity with sales administration systems and analysis tools to evaluate performance metrics. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate product benefits clearly. Knowledge of insurance sales practices, benefits administration, and customer service standards. Experience in telemarketing or marketing strategies that generate new leads is a plus. Ability to analyze market data and client information to develop strategic sales approaches.
