We are looking for dependable, hard-working Landscapers / Laborers to join our growing team in Rockville, MD. Key Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care maintenance, including mowing, edging, weeding, bush trimming, and leaf cleanup. Execute landscaping projects such as mulching, sodding, planting, and basic hardscaping. Operate lawn care tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, professional job site and ensure high customer satisfaction on every project.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on landscaping experience.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic, punctual, and attentive to detail.
