Job Overview We are looking for a hardworking Grounds Person to join our team. This is an entry-level position with plenty of opportunities to grow as a temp-to-hire . As a Grounds Person, you will support our tree crews by assisting with daily operations, maintaining a safe work environment, and learning the skills needed for advancement in the tree care industry.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Operate wood chipper. Maintain a clean and safe work site Follow all company safety standards and procedures Perform general ground maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications Familiarity with tree care practices Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
