$20 / hour Job Description Property Maintenance Worker ? Augusta, ME ? $20.00 per hour ? Full-TimeWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Property Maintenance Worker to help maintain and improve our properties in the Augusta area.

Responsibilities:

Mowing lawns and maintaining grounds Weed whacking and trimming Brush clearing and general landscaping Property clean-up and debris removal Ensuring properties remain neat, safe, and presentable Assisting with other outdoor maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to safely operate lawn maintenance equipment Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and walking for extended periods Prior landscaping or property maintenance experience is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
