This onsite, full-time contract opportunity offers you the chance to work closely with a small caseload of students, ensuring individualized attention and support. You'll collaborate daily with a robust team of ed techs who provide additional instructional and behavioral assistance, creating a supportive atmosphere for both educators and students. Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience working in self-contained settings, preferably with early childhood or K-1 students Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong classroom management skills and a child-centered approach Collaborative attitude with experience directing and working alongside paraprofessionals or education tech staff Passion for fostering inclusive, nurturing, and growth-oriented learning environments
