FALL 2026 LANDSCAPERS HARDSCAPERS EQUIPMENT OPERATORS FOREMEN

Harbor Shore Landscaping, Inc. (HSL) is looking for motivated, dependable people to join our crew for the 2026 fall season and beyond. We are a professional hardscape, landscape & earthwork company serving the Greater Bangor area, and we're looking for people who take pride in their work and want the opportunity to learn, grow, and earn more based on their skills.

PAY:

$20-$35+ PER HOUR Pay is based on skill, experience & position.

Positions include:

Landscape Laborers Hardscape Installers Equipment Operators Crew Leaders / Foremen Experienced Construction & Landscaping Professionals

NO EXPERIENCE?

THAT'S OK! We are willing to train the right people. If you're hardworking, dependable, willing to learn, and want to develop a career in the landscaping and hardscaping industry, we want to meet you. If you already have experience with: Paver installation Retaining walls Landscape construction Excavation Skid steers & excavators Grading Equipment operation Crew management We're willing to pay for your skills and experience.
