Landscape Maintenance Crew Member Overview We're currently hiring (immediately) for Maintenance Crew Members to join our Landscape Maintenance team! This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want steady, year-round work with a locally owned company. As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member , you'll help maintain residential and commercial properties across Midcoast Maine—performing mowing, trimming, clean-ups, and general landscape maintenance. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Assist with fall clean-up , including leaf removal and property preparation for winter Use hand and power tools to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces Plant, weed, mulch, and maintain gardens and landscape features Operate equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate clearly with crew leaders and follow daily directions Follow all company safety protocols Requirements Valid driver's license (REQUIRED) Working cell phone (REQUIRED) Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping preferred, but not required Ability to perform physical work and be outdoors in all weather conditions Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork Location Farley Inc.
