Overview Willie C. & Sons Landscaping is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our Landscape Maintenance team. We take pride in delivering exceptional service to our residential and commercial clients while providing our employees with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within our company. Landscape maintenance is our primary focus throughout the growing season, and many of our team members transition into snow removal operations during the winter months. Applicants must be willing to participate in winter snow operations as a condition of employment. Whether you have experience or are looking to start a career in the landscaping industry, we're willing to train individuals who have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Mow, trim, and edge lawns Perform spring and fall cleanups Weed, mulch, prune, and maintain landscape beds Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Maintain residential and commercial properties to the highest standards Keep equipment and job sites clean and organized Work safely while representing the company in a professional manner Winter Responsibilities As the landscaping season comes to an end, our crews assist with snow and ice management.
