Job Description
Job Overview We're hiring dependable, hard-working crew members to maintain landscaping on established solar farms. If you're used to outdoor work and know your way around mowers and trimmers, this is steady work with room to grow as the position is temp-to-hire for the right applicants! What You'll Do Mow, trim, and clear vegetation around solar panels and fences Keep grass and brush from blocking sunlight or access roads Run equipment (zero-turn mowers, weed whackers, brush cutters, etc.) Spot problem areas like overgrowth, washouts, or damage Follow safety rules working around solar equipment What We're Looking For Landscaping, mowing, or outdoor labor experience required Able to work long days outside in heat, cold, and rough terrain Comfortable using power equipment Shows up on time and works hard Driver's license required Must submit to State & Federal Background Check Must complete a pre-hire physical Nice to Have (Not Required) Herbicide license Experience on large properties, farms, or utility work Schedule Subject to weather Typically Monday through Friday, 6AM-4PM For more information, please give us a call at 207-474-5900. @WORK is an
