In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty and health of various outdoor spaces through hands-on landscaping, groundskeeping, and equipment operation. Your expertise will help create vibrant, safe, and sustainable environments that delight clients and support community well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply your technical skills, and contribute to visually stunning landscapes. Responsibilities Assist in variety of projects landscape design, pavers, concrete, fencing, pressure washing ect Capable of plowing snow or doing sidewalks with shovel or snow blower for winter work Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools safely and efficiently. Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to support proper landscaping practices and plant health management. Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed. Apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols to protect plants from pests and diseases. Assist with landscape installation projects including hardscape features like patios or walkways. Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Qualifications Must have license and vehicle to get to work Snow Plowing experience preferred but not required Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment, power tools, and irrigation systems is essential. Ability to operate hand tools, lawn care equipment, and grounds maintenance machinery safely. Knowledge of pesticide management practices in compliance with safety regulations. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to landscape upkeep and safety protocol adherence. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and follow instructions accurately.
