Landscape/Winter Service Technician About the Role Lawn Maintenance Team Members at Pro Turf Outdoor Services are responsible for delivering high-quality landscaping services to our commercial and residential clients. Tasks include mowing, edging, trimming, landscaping, and related maintenance duties. Crew Leaders not only perform these tasks but also take on leadership responsibilities—preparing and transporting company equipment, training and directing crews, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide your team while working alongside them in the field. As a Crew Member , you'll develop the skills and knowledge needed to advance into a Crew Leader position. These are full-time, year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal services during the winter season .
