Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Care Crew Leader, where you will lead the daily operations of your crew. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for lawn care work, horticulture, and management to create an inspiring work environment. You will oversee staff, communicate with clients, and ensure exceptional customer service. As a key leader, you will be fostering a productive environment throughout your crew. Responsibilities Operate and maintain all lawn care equipment Completing weekly/daily jobs with the lawn care team to meet client specifications Train and oversee staff members Communicate professionally with clients and staff to address concerns or questions Report to New Horizons Service Coordinator Qualifications 2+ years experience in a lawn care position Ability to train and oversee employees Capable of communication with clients and staff Valid driver's license, chauffer's license preferred
