• 2 Positions Available We are looking for two dependable, hardworking, and motivated Groundskeepers to join our team at a well-established 328-unit residential community .

00 per hour , based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Benefits package Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunity for growth within the property management/maintenance team Stable work environment What You'll Do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the community grounds Pick up and remove trash, litter, and debris throughout the property Keep sidewalks, entrances, parking areas, and common areas clean Perform general groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance Assist with landscaping, seasonal cleanup, and other exterior projects Perform snow and ice removal during the winter season Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents Identify and report property damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues Assist the maintenance team with general tasks when needed Complete work assignments provided by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor Perform other duties as needed to support the overall operation of the community What We're Looking For The right candidate will be: Reliable and dependable A hard worker with a strong work ethic Comfortable working independently Comfortable working as part of a team Able to work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions Physically capable of walking, standing, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the workday Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable using basic hand tools and outdoor equipment Detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining a clean property Willing to pitch in and help wherever needed Professional and respectful when interacting with residents and coworkers Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, apartment maintenance, janitorial, construction, or property maintenance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
