The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Lawn Care Crew Member who thrives in an outdoor work environment and brings a positive, action-oriented attitude to the job. While this position is open to seasonal hourly work, our ideal candidate has the self drive and leadership skills to step up, keep others on task, and transition into a long-term role with our growing family business.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute all aspects of commercial and residential lawn maintenance, including mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing. Safely drive company trucks and tow equipment trailers to and from job sites. Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues in the field. Have an eye to proactively identify possible issues and address them. Act as a team player, with a details matter work ethic and willingness to peer to peer coach to ensure the job is done efficiently. Deliver consistent, high-quality service while maintaining a strong pace and staying on task.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of professional lawn care experience required (2+ years highly preferred).

Leadership:

Experience leading a crew is preferred but not required.

Driving:

Must possess a valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and be comfortable driving a truck with a trailer.

Work Ethic:

Must be prompt, dependable, self-motivated, and capable of efficient problem-solving.

Physical Ability:

Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and capable of meeting the physical demands of lawn care work.

Compensation & Benefits:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, to be discussed during interview process. Opportunities for annual raises and performance-based bonuses. Clear pathways for career advancement (including potential transition to a salaried, year-round role).

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8a-530p typical however depending on weather during the week days can range from 5-hour to 10-hour shifts to ensure the route is completed (overtime is compensated) This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in grounds maintenance while contributing to beautiful outdoor spaces.
