Property Maintenance Specialist - NOW HIRING Modern Lawn & Snow LLC Detroit, MI Job Details Full-time | Contract $14 - $30 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Property maintenance Driver's License Attention to detail Materials handling Full Job Description Modern Lawn & Snow LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can handle a variety of outdoor property maintenance tasks. What You'll Do Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
  • Weed removal and basic landscaping
  • Mulching and bed maintenance
  • Bush and shrub trimming
  • Spring and fall cleanups
  • Leaf removal
  • Planting and basic landscape installation
  • General property cleanup
  • Debris and brush removal
  • Basic outdoor property maintenance
  • Pressure washing and exterior cleanup as needed
  • Assisting with landscaping projects
  • Snow removal and salting during winter months
  • Operating and maintaining company equipment
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting materials
  • Maintaining clean and organized job sites
  • Other duties related to lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance as needed Duties and responsibilities may vary based on job requirements and company needs. What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Landscaping or property maintenance experience is a plus, but not required Compensation Performance-based, per-job pay — NOT hourly.
