Landscape Crew Member

Duties Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing to keep landscapes vibrant and healthy Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching to enhance aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like trimming trees, installing irrigation systems, or installing hardscape features Support excavation activities using equipment such as excavators for site preparation or drainage work Maintain and repair landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards Contribute to snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Help with gardening activities and tree care including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or irrigation systems is a plus Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in landscaping and hardscape installation Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Prior experience with snow plowing or snow removal equipment is advantageous but not required Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
