Job description: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Landscape Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve residential and/or commercial gardens. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in keeping landscapes healthy and attractive.

Responsibilities:

Pruning shrubs, hedges, and small trees Weeding garden beds and pathways Planting flowers, shrubs, and seasonal plants Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment Identifying basic plant health issues and reporting concerns Maintaining a clean and professional worksite

Requirements:

Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred (training available) Ability to perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions Knowledge of plants, lawn care, and basic garden maintenance Ability to use hand tools and power equipment safely Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
