Duties Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for turf, landscape beds, and athletic fields Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, planting, and fertilizing to uphold course aesthetics Use hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as aerating, dethatching, and soil conditioning Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of equipment, materials, and debris to keep the grounds clean and safe Manage pesticide applications following safety protocols to control pests while protecting the environment Operate groundskeeping equipment such as chainsaws, lawn mowers, blowers, and other landscaping machinery with attention to safety standards Maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems to prevent leaks or malfunctions that could affect course health Drive company vehicles for transporting tools, materials, or team members around the course or maintenance yard Requirements Prior experience in golf course groundskeeping, athletic field maintenance or landscape maintenance preferred but not required; training provided for motivated individuals Knowledge of irrigation systems operation and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to operate power tools safely including chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and lawn equipment Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the day in various weather conditions Familiarity with pesticide management procedures and safety protocols is a plus Strong attention to detail with a passion for outdoor work and landscape aesthetics Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles preferred Commitment to safety standards in equipment operation and ground maintenance procedures Join us in creating a world-class golf environment!
