Pay :

$15-$18 per hour Build Better Outdoor Spaces Christian Brothers Outdoor Services is looking for a dependable Landscape Enhancement Crew Member to help install and maintain attractive, high-quality landscapes. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in the details, and works well as part of a team. Responsibilities Weed and maintain landscape beds Install mulch, decorative stone, and landscape edging Trim bushes and shrubs using hand and power tools Assist with landscape-bed installations Install plants, edging, mulch, and stone Keep work areas clean and free of debris Follow instructions and complete work safely and efficiently Assist with snow and ice removal during the winter season Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous landscape-maintenance experience preferred At least one year of experience is a plus Knowledge of hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn Ability to lift materials and perform physical outdoor work Comfortable working in changing weather conditions Valid driver's license required Benefits Competitive pay: $15-$18 per hour 401(k) matching Health and dental insurance Paid time off 10 and 12-hour shift options Opportunities for growth and advancement If you enjoy creating clean, attractive outdoor spaces and want to grow with a hardworking team, apply today to join Christian Brothers Outdoor Services.
