Grant, MI Christian Brothers Outdoor Services is looking for an experienced Tree Climber to join our growing team. If you take pride in safe, quality tree care and enjoy working outdoors, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Safely climb and work in trees using proper equipment and techniques Perform pruning, trimming, and tree removals Operate bucket trucks for elevated tree work Support tree-care and landscape projects Maintain tools and equipment Work closely with the crew to complete projects safely and efficiently What We're Looking For At least two years of tree-climbing experience Experience with tree care, trimming, or removals Ability to operate equipment safely Strong physical stamina and comfort working at heights Good judgment, reliability, and commitment to safety CDL preferred What We Offer Competitive pay: $15-$25 per hour Full-time, year-round work Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Health savings account Paid time off Opportunities for advancement
