We're seeking an experienced and motivated Lawn Care Crew Member who works well in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of communication and teamwork. Responsibilities Mow residential and commercial lawns Trim, edge, blow, and clean up properties Operate lawn-care equipment safely and efficiently Follow daily schedules and complete work on time Communicate clearly with crew members and customers Maintain clean, professional job sites Support other lawn and outdoor-service tasks as needed Follow company safety procedures Qualifications At least one year of professional residential or commercial mowing experience preferred Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Strong time-management and decision-making skills Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions DOT medical card preferred, or ability to obtain one Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work a daytime schedule If you take pride in quality work and want to grow with a hardworking outdoor-services team, please apply!
