Position Requirements Unrestricted driver's license Ability to drive truck and trailers Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work in inclement weather conditions when required Ability to perform labor intensive tasks Ability to work 8-10 hour days, some evenings and overtime Ability to work in a team environment Ability to follow written and oral directions Willingness to learn new skills Preferred Skills/Experience Experience with commercial grade mowers, trimmer and blowers Experience with landscaping tools and equipment Experience with installing new landscapes MDOT physical card Commercial snow removal experience Primary Responsibilities Ensure all work meets A+'s quality standards Operator mowers, trimmer and blowers Operate landscaping equipment Perform labor intensive tasks Install trees, shrubs and plants Install pavers, stone and block Keep work trucks and equipment clean and organized Perform operator level maintenance on equipment used Comply with all policies and safety protocols Other duties as assigned Schedule Day shift Monday- Friday Most weekends off Paid holidays Supplemental pay Bonus pay
