Fine Gardener - Full-Time Seasonal Polly's Planting & Plucking - Harbor Springs, MI Join our Fine Gardening Services Team for the remainder of the 2026 season. We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and helping maintain some of Northern Michigan's most beautiful residential and commercial gardens. What You'll Do Plant and maintain annuals, perennials, shrubs Weed, prune, deadhead, and support plant health Mulch, edge, soil prep, and seasonal garden care Work outdoors daily with a small, supportive team Learn horticulture fundamentals on the job What We're Looking For Positive attitude + willingness to learn Able to work outdoors in all weather Physically active and able to lift 30-40 lbs Reliable transportation to Harbor Springs Gardening or landscaping experience is a plus, not required Schedule & Season Full-time, weekdays 8:00am-4:30pm Season runs mid-April through October , weather dependent Weekends generally off Pay & Perks Competitive hourly pay Employee discounts on plants/services Supportive, family-like workplace culture Opportunities to learn and grow in horticulture How to Apply After submitting your Indeed application, visit our employment page to complete the required full application: pollysplantingandplucking.com/employment Your full application is required before we schedule interviews.
