Job Description

Job Summary:
Performs maintenance duties on exterior and interior of facilities as needed to assist in the upkeep and cleaning of facility and grounds.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibility. Essential Job Functions 1. Clean Greenway facility Monday
  • Friday, 12:30pm
  • 5:30pm 2.
Clean the building entry way, office area, kitchen, bathrooms which include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc. 3. Help with snow removal and salting, 4. The ability to handle stress. 5. The ability to get along with others. 6. The ability to work independently. 7. Punctual, reliable and reports consistently as scheduled. QualificationsEducation and Experience 1. High School Diploma or GED. 2. Ability to read and understand basic written and verbal instructions. 3. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. 4. Previous cleaning and facility maintenance experience. 5. The ability to work independently 6. Regular and Predictable attendance. 7. Ability to stay awake. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations 1. Valid Michigan driver's license. Physical Demands 1. Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted. 2. Ability to stand, push and pull for extended periods as required to complete tasks.

From $16.44 per hour
