On a daily basis, Mowing Crew members will perform a variety of green space maintenance activities for the City of Holland. Examples of Duties Responsibly operate a zero-turn mower. Edging, weed whipping, and other greenspace maintenance activities. Keep yourself and team members safe on a daily basis. Meet the daily needs of the parks that present themselves. Hold yourself and your teammates to a high standard. Keep the trucks and equipment clean and organized. Typical Qualifications High attention to detail. The ability to learn to operate green space maintenance equipment. The ability to lift 50lbs.+. Must be 18 years of age. Supplemental Information Working outside with periodic exposure to extreme hot or cold weather conditions. Exposure to dust, dirt, rain, noise, and chemicals.
