Whether you're just getting started or have experience leading a grounds crew, we have opportunities available for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and making a visible impact. As a member of our Grounds Maintenance Team, you'll help build, maintain, and improve one of Michigan's premier resort destinations. You'll work directly with the Park Manager and fellow team members to ensure our resort remains beautiful, safe, and welcoming for our members and guests. What You'll Do Operate commercial mowing equipment Perform weed trimming and landscape maintenance Leaf removal and seasonal cleanup Pool and lake maintenance Assist with RV moves and holding tank dumps General grounds maintenance and property improvements Support resort operations, security, and member services Help prepare the resort for special events and banquet operations Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the property What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Enjoy working outdoors in all seasons Ability to perform physically demanding work Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Leadership experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions Why Join Waldenwoods Resort?
