Job Description

Lawn Maintenance Foreman:
The roles they play are to lead the team to provide the highest quality service and product in a timely manner. They are responsible for creating a personal connection with the client as they service their property. Job activities can range from lawn mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing during the growing season. During the spring and fall Lawn Maintenance Foreman is responsible for property leaf and debris removal. Other job Activities can range from landscape maintenance, tree care, and snow removal. Lawn Maintenance Foreman are to bring a positive attitude to work daily and have a passion for creating beauty on our client's sites. Foreman is also responsible for inspecting equipment daily, inspecting co-workers' work ensuring work is complete and resolving any work that was not complete.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate lawn maintenance equipment; may operate heavier equipment if needed Operate a truck and trailer to carry equipment to and from job sites Remove weeds and dead plants; prune overgrown limbs occasionally Are able to take instruction from a field manager and constructive criticism when necessary and apply knowledge Maintain the existing landscaping design and ensure plant survival Keep pedestrian areas removed of snow and ice Operate heavier snow blowers or other equipment as needed Remove tree limbs, overgrowth, and other hazards when necessary Oversee and notify field managers of required or possible maintenance repairs to equipment Be personable, able to talk with customers if approached, and be willing to help if needed.
