Yard & Property Maintenance Kalamazoo, MI • Part-Time / Starting Immediately $19/hour

Approximately 20-32 hours/week initially, with ongoing work available

Flexible days and hours About the Job Looking for a reliable, hard-working, and self-directed person to help with ongoing yard and outdoor property maintenance at a primary residence and a few additional properties around Kalamazoo. There is plenty of work available now, with the opportunity to continue throughout the season as property needs change. The schedule is flexible and can work well for someone looking for consistent work. Current & Seasonal Work Weed pulling and general garden bed cleanup Hedge and bush trimming Trimming and removing small branches Ivy removal Mulching and spreading landscape rock Removing and replacing weed barrier/landscape fabric Ordering or picking up mulch, rock, and landscaping supplies as needed Leaf blowing and fall leaf removal Seasonal yard and property cleanup Occasional drainage and other outdoor projects Helping maintain additional properties in the Kalamazoo area What We're Looking For Experience with landscaping, yard work, or property maintenance preferred Comfortable working independently and identifying what needs attention Reliable and consistent Comfortable with physical outdoor work Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to travel between residential properties in the Kalamazoo area Own tools are a plus, but not required

Pay:

$19/hour, cash or check
