This position involves hands-on work in landscape upkeep, lawn care, and grounds management, ensuring that outdoor environments are healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. You will be responsible for operating various tools and equipment, and following safety protocols to deliver top quality results. Responsibilities Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform turf maintenance using power tools and hand tools to achieve a neat, manicured appearance. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, mulching, and weed control to promote healthy plant growth. Assist with hardscape projects such as installing pathways or retaining walls when needed to enhance landscape aesthetics. Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred. Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools required for efficient operation. Ability to follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to prevent accidents or injuries. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform physical tasks in all weather conditions.
