Job Description
We are a local property management company that owns property within Calhoun and branch counties. We are licensed real estate agents, general contractors, and mechanical contractors that only work on properties that we own. We are seeking a long term person to support lawncare and landscape. Any additional remodel experience a plus for winter work. We are looking for someone that has some experience and is willing to learn more. This listing is for a Maintenance and Groundskeeper role. The main focus will be on maintaining all apartment common areas and grounds. The right candidate will be responsible for the following: Mowing, string trimming and blowing Cleaning up the grounds/parking lots Maintaining shrubs/trees/mulch beds Shoveling sidewalks and salting as needed in the winter Vacuuming common areas (hallways/stairs) Maintaining common laundry rooms Repainting of hallways/exterior doors/trim as necessary Necessary skills: Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer and a zero turn lawnmower This position will work independently with limited supervision. Typical work week will be M-F, 8-4pm. Transportation to sites will be in a work vehicle (majority of sites in Calhoun County), but must be able to arrive to office with reliable transportation (Marshall). Equipment and tools provided.
