In this energetic role, you'll be actively involved in maintaining lawns and ensuring each service meets high standards of quality and appearance. Your hands-on work will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, inviting spaces for clients to enjoy. Maintain a positive attitude when handling tasks and challenges that arise during service. Assist with occasional mulching and shrub-trimming projects. Hold yourself to the company's standards. Provide high-quality workmanship and effort on every task. Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Conduct snow plowing during the winter months to keep properties accessible and safe. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscape equipment and hand tools. Clean driving record. Experience in lawn care, gardening, or general landscape maintenance. Knowledge of horticultural principles and plant care best practices. Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently. Familiarity with tree trimming, pruning, and general tree care techniques. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
