About:

Dungrove Tree Service is a local, family-owned tree service business based out of Milan, Michigan. As a Ground Worker with Dungrove, you will perform a variety of tasks related to preserving the health, safety, and beauty of trees around local homes, parks, and businesses. This will include processes like tree pruning, removal, and emergency storm response. We take our team's safety seriously - you'll be trained on all standards and equipment and work closely with an ISA-Certified Arborist to learn the professional skills required for tree work. Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders Assist tree climbers in the removal of trees and trimming of branches Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times Communicate effectively with team members and clients Clean the job site, including hauling brush, branches, and wood debris Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be 18+ years old. No specific education required. No experience necessary (in fact, we prefer you have no experience! We'll teach you everything you need to know on the job). Physical fitness to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
