The Lawn Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for performing routine lawn and landscape maintenance services on residential and commercial properties. This includes mowing, trimming, edging, and general clean-up tasks to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow, trim, edge, and blow grass and debris from lawns, sidewalks, driveways, and other areas.
• Prune shrubs, bushes, and small trees as needed.
• Maintain flower beds by weeding, mulching, and general upkeep.
• Load and unload equipment and materials daily.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers safely and effectively.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, aeration, and snow removal (if applicable).
• Follow instructions from the Crew Leader to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Ensure job sites are cleaned and left in good condition after services.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on tools and equipment; report any issues to supervisor.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience operating zero turn mowers and various lawn equipment
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation to work; valid driver's license preferred.
