You will maintain grounds by performing a variety of tasks, with the goal of maintaining beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our customers. Are you hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do? Past experience is a plus, and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, weed whipper, edger, backpack blower, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws Plant flowers and seasonal annuals Perform general property maintenance and seasonal cleanups (spring/fall) Gather and remove debris including leaves, sticks, and trash Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications :

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper preferred Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools Strong time management and multitasking skills Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time Willing to work in all weather elements
