We are seeking a hard-working, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to finish out this lawn and fall cleanup season and hopefully continue next spring as well. Winter snow plow driver position is an option for continuing employment.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine lawn maintenance services on commercial and residential properties, including: Mowing using zero-turn mowers Trimming, edging, and blowing properties General property cleanup and maintenance as needed Occasional mulch installation and shrub trimming Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards Equipment maintenance (grease machines, sharpening/changing blades, oil changes, etc.) Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment Adhere to company policies and safety protocols

Requirements:

Prior experience with commercial zero-turn mowers and trimmers or ability to learn new equipment operation quickly Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions

Typical Work Week:

Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:30 (subject to weather conditions) Many 4 day work weeks during summer and fall seasons Competitive pay based on experience 401k available If you are a motivated individual with a passion for lawn care and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply!
