As part of the Golf Course Maintenance team, you'll spend your days outdoors helping maintain the course and ensuring it remains in top playing condition for members and guests. What You'll Be Doing As a Golf Course Maintenance team member, you'll: Mow greens, fairways, tee boxes, and rough areas Perform greens rolling and other routine course maintenance Rake, edge, and weed bunkers Operate hand-held equipment, including string trimmers, push mowers, and backpack blowers Help set up the golf course each day Change hole locations and move tee markers Fill divots, seed areas, and lay sod Trim trees and shrubs Assist with mulching and general landscaping duties Maintain the appearance and playing condition of the golf course Follow safety procedures and proper equipment practices Work as part of a team to complete daily maintenance tasks What We're Looking For Successful candidates will have: Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Detail-oriented and task-focused approach Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work effectively as part of a team Positive and professional attitude Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stay active and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Previous golf course maintenance, landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience Experience operating lawn or landscaping equipment Experience with string trimmers, push mowers, blowers, or similar equipment Familiarity with basic outdoor maintenance tasks Ability to work independently while following established procedures Experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right candidate! You'll perform physically demanding tasks including mowing, raking, trimming, weeding, lifting, bending, walking, and operating various landscaping and maintenance tools. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in changing weather conditions. The standard schedule is 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Occasional weeknight, holiday, and every-third-weekend work is required. Weekend shifts typically run 3-4 hours.
