Job Overview The Garden Care Team Member plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes throughout the seasons. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in detailed work, and are eager to learn about plant care and landscape maintenance. Team Members work under the direction of a Team Leader and contribute to seasonal services including spring and fall cleanups, as well as ongoing summer garden maintenance.
