Responsibilities:

Operate lawn mowers and related equipment to maintain our property Perform general labor tasks including trimming, edging, and blowing debris Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks efficiently and on schedule Assist with landscaping, cleanup, and other property maintenance duties as needed

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical, outdoor labor in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic Experience with lawn mowing or landscaping equipment is a plus but not required Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team Valid driver's license or reliable transportation preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn
