Pay:

$20-$25+/hour based on experience and ability. This position averages approximately 30-40 hours per week , depending on workload and weather. We can offer some flexibility with scheduling for the right person. Job Duties Commercial and residential lawn mowing String trimming, edging, and blowing Leaf and fall cleanups Shrub and hedge trimming Mulch and decorative stone installation Landscape bed preparation and cleanup Aeration and overseeding Assisting with landscape and paver installation projects Loading and unloading equipment and materials General job-site cleanup What We're Looking For Dependable and able to show up consistently Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work Able to lift 50+ lbs as needed Willing to learn and follow directions Able to work independently once familiar with the job Reliable transportation Valid driver's license preferred Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but not required Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers, trailers, or other landscape equipment is a plus. Schedule Approximately 30-40 hours per week. Hours can vary based on workload and weather. Some scheduling flexibility is available , and we're willing to work with the right person's availability. Compensation $20-$25+/hour based on experience and ability. Higher starting pay is available for applicants with strong lawn/landscape experience who can safely operate equipment and work independently. We're a small lawn and landscape company looking for someone reliable who works hard and takes pride in doing quality work.
