We value quality work, efficiency, and a team culture built on safety, respect, and continuous improvement. Position Summary We are hiring now for Snow Crew Member to join our winter operations team. While work will not start until the 2026 winter season (November-April) , we're building our crew early so that training, scheduling, and preparation are in place before the first snow hits. As a Snow Crew Member, you'll be part of a small, tight-knit team responsible for clearing and salting sidewalks during winter weather events. You'll ensure our clients' properties are safe and accessible—meeting or exceeding site-specific requirements. This is an on-call seasonal role from November through April, with work primarily during and after snow or ice events. What You'll Do Clear snow and ice from sidewalks and walkways using shovels, snow blowers, or other equipment. Apply salt/de-icing products according to site needs. Maintain quality and safety standards on all assigned properties. Monitor weather conditions and be prepared for dispatch during snow/ice events. Operate equipment safely and maintain it as needed. Communicate effectively with your Crew Leader and team. Keep an accurate inventory of supplies. What We're Looking For Reliable transportation to our facility. Valid Chauffeurs Drivers License Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Availability for 24/7 on-call work during the snow season. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Prior snow removal experience is a plus, but not required.
