The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and farm machinery operations. This role invoices hands-on work with various tools and equipment, providing excellent service to our clients while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and inviting Operate and maintain farm machinery and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures to ensure durability and visual appeal Follow strict safety protocols during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment Drive to job sites using company vehicles, ensuring timely arrivals and completion of tasks Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills Experience Proven outdoor work in landscaping Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment operation including power tools, and hardscape machinery Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as lawn care Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers if needed Prior experience with lawn care services for commercial and residential properties Embark on a rewarding career where your skills help craft vibrant outdoor spaces!
