We are seeking a full-time , experienced Property Groundskeeper that is dynamic, organized and a self-starter to join our team at Royal Oak Housing Commission located in Royal Oak, MI.

Tasks include:

Cleaning and picking up grounds Trash Removal from High Rise Buildings, Detail Property Assisting with overall maintenance of the community Sweeping parking lots Buffing Floors Maintain Plantings Use blower Clean Dumpster areas Clean laundry room areas Distribute resident communications The ideal candidate MUST be: Self-motivated and dependable Able to lift 50 lbs Able to pass a drug screen prior to employment Excellent benefits
