Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities and outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care, hardscape maintenance, and general mechanical knowledge. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining the environment and ensuring safety standards are met. Duties Conduct lawn care activities such as mowing, trimming, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth. Utilize hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks including tree care and landscaping. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to facilities. Skills Proficient in lawn care techniques including mowing, trimming, edging and fertilization. Knowledge of hardscape installation and maintenance practices. Experience with hand tools used in landscaping and general maintenance tasks. Ability to perform tree care including pruning and removal when necessary. Familiarity with snow plowing techniques for winter maintenance. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position is vital for maintaining our facilities' appearance and functionality while providing a safe environment for all.
