SUMMARY OF POSITION

A lawn maintenance crew member is responsible for maintaining both commercial and residential properties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial and residential mowing Use of hand tools including power equipment (i.e. string trimmers, stick edgers, blowers). Pruning shrubbery and trees Engage in positive interactions with customers and homeowners Serves as a reliable source of contact throughout the day

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work in outdoor environment Attention to detail and detail oriented Delivers quality work and services Lift heavy objects for prolonged periods of time Maintain a steady pace throughout day in extreme weather conditions Work collaboratively in a team environment Maintain good attendance and report to work on time everyday 3KMffVMTme
