Landscape Laborer

Overview We are a family-owned landscaping company based out of St. Clair Shores looking to hire a dependable and hardworking Landscaping Laborer to join our team. We take pride in delivering quality work and building strong relationships with our customers, and we're looking for someone who takes their work seriously and shows up ready to get the job done. This position includes a variety of landscaping tasks such as weekly lawn maintenance, mulch and rock installation, bush and shrub removal, gutter cleaning, and seasonal cleanups. Work will vary day-to-day, so being adaptable and motivated is important. Responsibilities Perform weekly lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing) Install mulch, rock, topsoil, and other landscape materials Assist with sod installation, including grading, leveling, and laying sod Perform bush, shrub, and small tree removal Assist with tree trimming and basic tree removal jobs Complete spring and fall cleanups (leaf removal, debris cleanup, property cleanouts) Perform gutter cleaning and debris removal Assist with light landscaping projects such as bed edging, planting, and yard renovations Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials Operate basic landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team We're looking for someone dependable who's ready to work and be part of a team that takes pride in what we do.
