Full Job Description Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Crew Member, you will deliver maintenance services on residential and commercial properties. Success means clean, safe, beautifully maintained landscapes completed efficiently and safely — contributing directly to customer satisfaction and company reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate professional-grade equipment to mow, trim, edge, and blow lawns Uphold company safety standards and maintain clean, functional equipment and vehicles Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers on site Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily goals

Requirements:

Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and safety compliance Valid driver's license preferred Smartphone with internet access for schedule and communication

Benefits:
