A Landscaping or Groundskeeping Worker provides landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Provides care for plants and trees including mowing, trimming and planting, and repairs driveways, walks, benches or other structures.
Smith Lawnscapes LLC, a family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance company, is seeking a dependable Lawn Care Crew Member to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Mow, weed whip, and remove debris from properties Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow job plans, safety procedures, and quality standards Work closely with Crew Leaders and other team members Assist with snow removal operations during the winter
Qualifications:
Landscape, lawn care, or equipment experience preferred — training available for the right candidate Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, kneel and perform physical labor Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions Dependable and able to work well as part of a team
