Monarch is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician to join our team at our gorgeous Woodland Ridge Apartments in Spring Lake, Michigan. This is a year-round, consistent position where no two days are the same—and your office is the great outdoors! www.woodlandridgeliving.com

PAY:

$19-$20/hour + up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential!

Schedule:

What You'll Be Doing:

Keeping the property looking beautiful and well-maintained Landscaping and general grounds upkeep Light apartment maintenance duties including painting, light plumbing, basic electrical and HVAC troubleshooting and repair Trash removal and clean up Snow removal when needed Taking pride in creating a clean, welcoming community for residents
